How to Stay Calm in the Chaos

Life is going to bring danger. Scripture tells us, “in this world there will be trouble.” David was in danger, so how did he stay calm in the chaos?

Pastor Mike Patz continues our series, The Gospel According to David, with a look at 1 Samuel chapters 18 & 19. Self-protection does not bring us peace. Weapons will form but they will not prosper (Isaiah 54:17). You can know that God will come through in every situation, because His means of protection are varied. He uses people, circumstances, miracles, neighbors… When you think things are over, it actually may be God coming through in salvation for you. God will do it, for He is with you. Deliverance will come.
