He Calls Us Friends

Love God and love people. Jesus left us with this command as He prepared to leave the earth. Today, fulfilling the Great Commission is how we obey the Great Commandments.

We welcome Dick Brogden, the founder of the church-planting organization, Live Dead. As we take a look at John 15:11-16, we see many references to love, straight from the mouth of our friend and Savior, Jesus.

Yes, God exists in and of Himself, independent of anything else, and does not need creation, creatures, or any external cause to sustain or complete Him. But He calls us to be His friends. We must therefore encourage Jesus, come together in unity, and bring other friends with us into His kingdom.
