Finishing Well

We are great at starting things. We’re wired to start strong, but the challenge is to finish well.

Pastor Matt Ulrich concludes our series, the Gospel According to David, with a review of his life. Throughout David’s life we see amazing things happening. Its an underdog story, but it begins to fall apart. How did this warrior, shepherd-boy, king begin so strong and end so poorly? His life offers us warning and wisdom for how we can finish well. 

Starting well in faith is easy, but finishing well is rare. We must intentionally root ourselves into community who can help us to be God-chasers until the end. If you want to finish well, you need two things: a soft heart before God and a Jonathan in your corner.
