Easter at the O’Dome

April 5, 2026 @ 10:30 am

Location: Stephen C. O'Connell Center

The Hub

This year, instead of hosting multiple services at our main campus, we’re gathering as one church family for a special Easter celebration at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center (the O’Dome) on UF’s campus — Sunday, April 5th at 10:30am.

By choosing a larger, more central venue, we hope to create a welcoming and accessible space for people from across Gainesville to attend with ease. Easter at the O’Dome is a service for everyone — a time to come together, worship, and celebrate the hope of Jesus in one place, under one name: Jesus.

KIDS SERVICE

We will have Kids Services at the O’Dome:

  • Sprouts: Ages 0–5
  • GH Kids: Kindergarten–5th Grade

Kids check-in and classrooms will be located inside the O’Dome, with clear signage and friendly volunteers ready to guide you every step of the way. From the moment you arrive, our team will help direct your family to the correct check-in area and classroom locations.

Pray

Join us in praying for Easter at the O’Dome. Choose a day to fast and pray, and come prayer walk around the O’Dome as we prepare our hearts for Easter Sunday.

Invite

Pick up invite cards on Sundays, or share our digital invites on social media to invite someone to join you on Easter Sunday.

Frequently Asked Questions

What time should I arrive?

Gate 1 is the only entry gate and will open at 9am. We strongly encourage you to arrive early to allow time for parking, entry, and seating before the service begins at 10:30am.

What time can I check in my Kids (Ages 0-5th Grade)?

Kids Check-in begins at 9:30am in the designated Kids Areas. See O’Dome Signage at Gate 1 for directions.

How can I find helP?

Our volunteers will be available to assist you and address any questions you might have. They will be easily identifiable by their lanyards and are eager to help (e.g., with where to store your stroller, how to get an offering envelope, or where to find the nursing mothers’ area, etc.).

Where can we park?

Parking

Parking is available in the O’Connell Center lot and parking garage. Overflow parking will also be available in Garage 14 & Lot 14 located down Gale Lemerand Drive. Shuttles will be available to transport those who park in overflow, and teams will be on-site to help direct you to the best available parking.

Can I bring bags?

Bags, backpacks, or purses larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ are NOT permitted. We will follow all O’Connell Center security policies. For more information, check out https://www.oconnellcenter.ufl.edu/general-information/security-policies/

What do I do if I arrive early? Come pray with us at Gate 4

You are welcome to find a seat in the arena or join us for pre-service prayer at Gate 4.

I’m a nursing mother. Is there a place for me to nurse my infant?

Absolutely! We have designated a nursing area in the Dance Studio. Please don’t hesitate to ask a volunteer for directions to the Dance Studio or Nursing Mothers area.

Are there any activities happening after the service?

Yes, we’ll have photo booths, corn hole, and other activities outside after the service. Please join some of our staff, volunteers, and partners for a time of fellowship.
